How do I create an account?

You can sign up for the beta program on our homepage. Parents or guardians must create accounts for children under 18, and we require parental consent for all users under 13 in compliance with COPPA.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support@owlby.com.

How do I delete my account or my child's account?

You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@owlby.com. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm when all data has been deleted. Parents can request deletion of their child's account at any time.

How do I access my child's data or learning progress?

Parents can access their child's data through the parent dashboard in the app. For additional data requests, email privacy@owlby.com with your request. We'll provide the data within 30 days as required by COPPA and GDPR.

The app isn't working on my device. What should I do?

First, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check that you have the latest version installed. For persistent technical issues, contact support@owlby.com with details about your device, operating system version, and a description of the problem.

How do I report inappropriate content or safety concerns?

Safety is our top priority. If you encounter any inappropriate content or have safety concerns, please immediately contact support@owlby.com or privacy@owlby.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

How do I withdraw parental consent?

Parents can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@owlby.com. Upon withdrawal, we will immediately stop collecting data from your child and delete any existing data as required by COPPA.
